Eegg ke Kabab


Egg Kebab – An innovative Indian Snacks recipe


Ingredients :
Hard Boiled eggs : 4
Gram Four : 2 tsp
Finely chopped : 1 medium size
Finely Chopped Mint leaves : 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves : 1 tbsp
Egg white : from 1 egg (for binding)
Finely chopped green chillis : 2 no.
Red chilli powder : 1/4 tsp
Method : How to make Egg Kebabs
  • Grate the boiled eggs and mix with all other ingredients except oil.
  • Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
  • Divide mixture into small balls and then flatten into round cutlets & keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or Pan and fry kebabs untill crisp and golden brown in color.
  • Serve hot Garnish with onion rings and green mint chatni.
